About Ascolta Vocal Ensemble
Who we are
Ascolta is an eight part choral ensemble based in Dublin. We’re a group of singers who share a passion for music and love singing together.
“Ascolta” means “listen” in Italian and we chose it because, as a self-conducted group, we need to actively listen to each other to create a unified sound for the audience to enjoy.

What we do
We put on two concerts a year, one in spring / summer and one at Christmas. Our Christmas carol concert is in aid of a different charity each year. We've supported some wonderful causes since our establishment in 2017, including CMRF, Pieta House, Rape Crisis Centre, The Together Academy, the Oesophageal Cancer Fund and MS Ireland.
